Ethics & integrity

Compliance

Responsible and compliant business conduct is one of the key pillars of our company. We hold ourselves, our management and the third parties we work with to the same high standard.

Our commitment

Doing business the right way

Our Compliance Policy applies to every employee and every partner, in every country where we operate.

Diamedix operates in a highly regulated environment where trust is essential. Healthcare providers rely on us to supply safe, effective products; manufacturers rely on us to represent their brands with integrity; and society expects us to compete fairly and to use public resources responsibly.

Our Compliance Programme, aligned with the standards of Magna MedTech Group, sets out the rules we follow and the controls we maintain. It is overseen by an independent Chief Compliance Officer who reports directly to the Board and to the Group Compliance function.

Every employee completes compliance training on joining Diamedix and refresher training each year. Third parties acting on our behalf are subject to due diligence and contractual compliance obligations.
