Within the Diamedix portfolio, Zoetis veterinary diagnostic instruments, analysers, reagents and kits are delivered and supported across the region. Diamedix provides installation, application training, technical support and maintenance for applicable equipment, alongside continuous supply and cold-chain logistics where required. Veterinary laboratories, clinics and animal health services benefit from this support.
Our role
As the authorised distributor, Diamedix supports Zoetis veterinary diagnostic solutions across the region through product registration, delivery, installation and application training. It provides technical and application support for veterinary laboratories and practices, maintains continuous supply of reagents and kits, manages cold-chain logistics where required, and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance for applicable equipment.
