1. Controller

2. Data we collect

When you use the contact form we process the data you provide: name, email address, phone number, organisation and the content of your message. When you browse the website, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited in server logs for security and troubleshooting.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use contact form data to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare an offer (legitimate interest and steps prior to a contract). We use technical log data to keep the website secure and available (legitimate interest). Optional cookies are used only with your consent.

4. Recipients

Data may be shared with our IT and hosting providers acting as processors under contract, and with other companies of Magna MedTech Group where needed to answer your enquiry. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and no longer than required by law. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact dpo@diamedix.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
