In March 2025, Magna MedTech Group completed the acquisition of 100% of Diamedix Diagnostica shares. Together with Magna Pharmacia in Serbia and Montenegro, Diamedix now forms part of a regional platform present in six countries with a combined annual turnover of more than EUR 200 million.
